That is why we have developed PureFeel PSW for the intimate apparel market, the first polyurethane (PU) foam using renewable natural resources. Indeed, PureFeel PSW has been created using in part polyols made from different vegetable oils, also known as bio polyols, thereby replacing traditional fossil fuel polyols.

PureFeel PSW has an extremely high renewable content: 55% of the foam weight is bio based!

Bio polyols, or natural oil polyols, are designed to help replace petroleum—the primary ingredient used in making polyurethane foam. Biopolyols are made from renewable resources such soybean, castor bean, sunflower, rapeseed and others.

Foams made with bio-based polyols are manufactured the same way as traditional foams, but with a more eco friendly supply chain.
